Me, Myself and I

Carla: Springfield, Missouri; I love to cook-- I like to read recipes, create new recipes, shop for the food and learn new ways to prepare it. We have found the best Farmers Market here in town- the farmers are great and the food is so fabulous. We are beginning to eat healthier foods, and loosing weight. Less processed foods, reading labels and making foods from scratch. Being a pretty crafty gal I always find myself in the middle of a craft project-- and most of the time more than just one. I paint on may different types of materials, woodburn, and occasionally I try to sew something. I'm a Wife, Mother of two-- girl(10) and a boy(5), work full time and I'm a preschool sunday school teacher as well. I am working on finding the things that make me happy again. I have begun forcing myself to stop cleaning and doing Mommy duty, and doing things that actually make me happy-- like painting and craft projects. I have made some really nice painted projects and have even sold a few. I am working on finding an outlet to sell my crafts, locally preferred, but also looking into possibly doing it online.
